Ball Feeders – Precision Feeding for Ball Components

Ball feeding systems provide reliable part supply, singulation, and feeding of ball components for automated assembly and production processes. The systems are designed for ball diameters from 6 to 22 mm and can be configured either for a fixed diameter or for a range of different ball sizes.

The gear motor-driven system ensures precise and consistent feeding without the need for compressed air. Thanks to their modular design, different ball diameters can be processed using adjustable settings or changeover kits. Optional features include multi-lane feeding, multiple discharge outlets, and the ability to supply several pick-up points simultaneously.

The systems operate gently on the parts and with low noise levels, achieving feeding rates of up to 360 balls per minute. Mechanical reject mechanisms for incorrect parts and customer-specific singulation solutions are also available.
